The Law Offices of DAVID A. BEALE, P.A. is a well-respected firm located in Delray Beach, Florida since 1998. Previously we were located in Boca Raton, after relocating from New York City in 1993. Our practice focuses on serving small and large businesses and the needs of their owners. Representation and counseling start from corporate formation and includes complex commercial business transactions and intellectual property. We represent clients in major business matters regionally, nationally, and internationally. Mr. Beale is a member of both the Florida and New York Bars.

David A. Beale
David A. Beale is a graduate of Cornell University (B.S. 1971) and Fordham Law School (J.D. 1974, Law Review 1972-74). He is a member of the New York Bar (1975) and Florida Bar (1990). David Beale is a member of The Florida Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, Association of the Bar of City of New York, and the Palm Beach County Bar Association. He belongs to the Entertainment Arts and Sports Law Section of the Florida Bar, where he was on the Executive Council and Chairman of the Publishing Committee. He is also a past member of the Media Law Committee of the Florida Bar, and presently is a member of the Intellectual Property Law Section of the New York Bar Association.
Mr. Beale frequently develops new approaches to issues and problems when advising clients while remaining constantly aware of the client’s desire to remain cost efficient in today’s economy.
For over 30 years, Mr. Beale served as outside general counsel to a national and international distributor of magazines and product fulfillment company, employing over 500 persons nationally. For over 16 years, Mr. Beale served as outside general counsel to the largest privately owned nurse registry in the State of Florida until it was sold.
Mr. Beale also has represented over 30 nurse registries and nursing services in the State of Florida. Mr. Beale has also represented national magazine and book publishers, and film and video producers, and has negotiated and drafted contracts for clients that cover every conceivable area of need, including copyright, trademark, rights acquisition, licensing, publishing, distribution, printing, mergers, and assets and stock purchase and sale agreements. He also has extensive litigation experience in state and federal courts all over the country in all related areas, which include infringements of all types, libel, and slander, invasion of rights of privacy and publicity, First Amendment issues, unfair competition, as well as enforcement of contract rights in these areas.
Mr. Beale has been an active and proud member of the Greater Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce since 1998, and an Ambassador since 2000.
Mr. Beale has been rated “AV” by Martindale-Hubbell.
Tina Beale
Tina Beale serves as the Firm’s Administrator, CFO and Legal Assistant. She is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo and received her Master of Social Work degree from Wurzweiler School of Social Work of Yeshiva University. Prior to her relocation to Florida in 1993, Ms. Beale was an administrator and program specialist for the Division of Special Education of the Board of Education of the City of New York. In 1997, Ms. Beale entered the field of financial services and was affiliated with MassMutual, Citibank and Bank of America. She joined the Firm in 2003. Ms. Beale also serves as the Program Administrator and Grant Coordinator for the Bennie and Martha Benjamin Foundation, Inc.
