Over the past few years, VIP America contracted with David regarding the DOL administrative rule changes and work with him through the Private Care Association over the necessary modifications with the Florida Statutes. In each case, I found David to be passionate and vigorous working to achieve these two important objectives.
David worked with our company to revise each of our agreements. We found these contracts to be very comprehensive. Regarding the Florida Statutes, David wrote the necessary regulatory changes and assisted PCA in Tallahassee at the statehouse and AHCA to explain the reasons for these adjustments to the existing regulations.
In the future, if the need arises, David will again be called on to help our company.
